OUR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the deadline to place my order?
  • Orders must be placed before 12 noon the business day prior
  • Minimum 24 hour notice required
  • For orders over 25 people, 48 hours is required
  • Orders for Monday, must be placed by Friday at 12 noon

Do you deliver?
Delivery is available to your home, Monday to Saturday from 10 am – 4 pm

  • For Corporate orders delivered to your office
  • If you require delivery outside of those hours
  • If you are unsure if we deliver to your area

Our delivery boundaries are North to King, South to Lake Ontario, West to HWY 410, East to Kennedy Rd.
*Additional Delivery charges will apply outside of boundaries.

Can I pick up instead?
Yes, pick up is available Curbside.
Pick up time - Monday through Saturday from 12 - 4 pm

Curbside pick up Information: Please call 905-326-6000 upon arrival for curbside pick up.

Please park in front of the main office of Paramount (Taylor Doors)
To maintain social distancing, please have your car trunk open and remain inside the car - One of our team members will load your order into your trunk
Once they have stepped away, please review the order to make sure it is correct before you leave.

How is the food sent?
Food is sent with reheating instructions in reusable containers.

Is there a minimum order amount?
For pick up orders, no minimums are applied.
For delivery, a $125 minimum is required to your home.

Do you accommodate for food allergies/intolerances?
Yes, we can accommodate all food allergies/intolerances. Including, but not limited to: Diary Free, Nut Free, Gluten, Halal, Vegan, Shellfish Free, Kosher.
Although we make every effort to avoid cross contamination, we are a non-designated kitchen and we do have allergens in our facility.

What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.

What if I have to postpone my order?

  • To postpone or cancel your order, we require 72 hours notice by 12 noon the business day prior.
  • For cancellations, a credit will be placed on your file for future use.
  • For postponed events, we require 72 hours minimum once a new date has been confirmed.

How do I place my order?

  • You can place your order through our online ordering website.
  • You will receive an email confirming your order.

If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us at 905-326-6000 or catering@bypnp.com for any questions.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

  • Any changes must be pre-approved by one of our team members.
  • Changes must requested by 12 noon the business day prior.
  • For orders above 25 people, minimum 72 hours is required.

Do you offer staff, rentals & tents?

  • Yes, we have a full roaster of Event Staff, Bartenders, Chefs, and Supervisors.
  • We are also able to coordinate any rentals or tenting required that would complement your catering order.

Do you offer Beverages?

  • Yes, we offer Hot & Cold Beverages.
  • Alcoholic Beverages are available as well.

One of our coordinators can guide you through the planning process.
